This policy explains the cookies and similar browser storage that PRPulse uses at prpulse.com, what each one does, and how you can control them. Please read it together with our Privacy Policy.
What Cookies and Browser Storage Are
A cookie is a small file a website saves in your browser and reads back later. Websites can also save information in your browser's local storage, which stays until it is cleared, and session storage, which is cleared when you close the tab. In this policy, "cookies" covers all three unless we say otherwise.
Strictly Necessary Cookies
These keep you signed in and keep your account secure. They are set only when you sign in, and PRPulse cannot work without them, so they cannot be turned off in "Cookie settings".

Analytics Cookies
We use Google Analytics 4, a service from Google, to understand how many people visit our public pages, how they find us, and which pages they use.
- It runs only on our public marketing and sign-in pages, never inside the signed-in PRPulse app.
- It never receives page addresses that contain a private link code, such as password reset, email verification, invitation or share links.
- Campaign tags in links (utm parameters) are reported to Google Analytics; other link parameters are not.
- Visitors in the United States: it is on by default. On your first visit we show a notice with an option to turn it off.
- Visitors outside the United States: it runs only after you click Accept.
- If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a request to turn analytics off, wherever you are.
- Google Signals, Google's data sharing settings and enhanced measurement are turned off, and we do not use Google Analytics for advertising.
- Google Analytics keeps event data for 2 months and user data for 14 months.
We tell whether you are in the United States from your device's time-zone setting, which your browser reports to the page; we do not look up your IP address for this. A time zone outside the United States, or none, counts as outside the United States.
Google Analytics sets these cookies only when it runs:

Preferences and Other Browser Storage
These remember your settings and how the app is laid out. They are read by the page in your browser and are not used to track you. Local storage items stay until you clear them; session storage items are cleared when you close the tab.

Our own performance monitoring, described in the Privacy Policy, does not use cookies or browser storage.
Cookies Set by Other Companies
- Payment form. When you open the payment form to subscribe, Clover's payment fields load from Clover's servers and may set Clover's own cookies. Clover's form also uses Google reCAPTCHA to detect fraud, which may set Google cookies. These are needed to take a payment securely. See Clover's privacy notice and Google's privacy policy.
- Bot protection. Our sign-up, password-reset and contact forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a real person is submitting them; it sets no tracking or advertising cookies. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
- Media playback. TV, radio and podcast clips play directly from TVEyes' servers, which may set their own cookies. See TVEyes' privacy policy.
We do not control these cookies. Their use is covered by the other company's own policy.
Your Choices
- Cookie settings. Use the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of our public pages to turn analytics on or off at any time.
- Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends a GPC signal, we turn analytics off.
- Browser settings. You can block or delete cookies and site data in your browser settings. If you block strictly necessary cookies, you will not be able to sign in.
Changes to This Policy
We will update this policy when the cookies we use change, and change the effective date above.
